Vijender Kumar one of the three ace boxer from India also enter into quarterfinal in Beijing 2008 olympics in 75 kg middlweight category. He beat Angkhan Chomphuphuang of Thailand by 13:3. Now three boxer from India into quarterfinal in boxing but in different category now we can expect that they can bring at least one more gold medal to India.

Now Vijender Kumar will meet Carlos Góngora Mercado of Ecuador on the evening of 20th August to book the place in semi final.

This was the easy win for Vijender Kumar as he crush his opponent with huge margin i.e., 13:3. He was showing the character with aggression and perfect feet movement.
